DONATIONS

In accordance with 20-11-106, MCA, the Community Choice School Commission is authorized to receive and expend gifts and donations of any kind from any private entity source, including an individual, as well as public funding. The gifts and donations may not require conditions that do not comport with the purposes of the Community Choice Schools Act. Gifts and donations may be used by the Commission for Commission operations or distributed to Choice Schools at the discretion of the Commission.

Currently, the Community Choice School Commission is fully funded through 2025 from a generous grant received in 2024. If you are interested in further contributing to the Commission or have questions, contact Cathy Kincheloe, the Commission Director of Planning at cathy.kincheloe@mt.gov for inquiries and directions for making a donation. Please do not send in unsolicited donations.
